In the YouTube app, open the playlist, tap the video, then Share and Copy link. On a computer, click the video in the playlist and copy the address; a link with &list= in it is fine.
A link to the playlist page itself (youtube.com/playlist?list=…) points to many videos, so it can't be downloaded. Open one video from the playlist and copy that link instead.
